Why drink water with cucumber? What’s so special about adding some sliced veggies to your water? It’s actually more beneficial than you might think! Here are just some of the benefits of cucumber water that I’ve discovered:

  • It boosts bone health.
  • It helps with weight loss.
  • It keeps you hydrated.
  • It delivers antioxidants.
Antioxidants are substances that help prevent and delay cell damage from oxidative stress caused by free radicals. Oxidative stress can lead to chronic conditions like:
